The Garden House Project

This project involved a complete strip out, taking the property back to its bare structure. Only the four external walls were retained; everything else was removed, including the roof.

 

The existing garage was demolished and rebuilt on the opposite side of the site. Multiple extensions were added, along with a new loft room, significantly increasing both space and functionality.

 

The property was fully rewired and replumbed throughout. High quality aluminium windows and doors were installed, and LVT flooring was laid across the entire ground floor.

 

A brand new kitchen and bathrooms were fitted, followed by full internal decoration. Oak doors were installed throughout the property to complement the overall finish.

 

The home was upgraded with modern technology, including integrated audio systems, in-wall and ceiling WiFi extenders, an electric gated entrance with number plate recognition, and a Control4 smart home system. Discreet in-ceiling and in-wall vented air conditioning was installed in the bedrooms and main living areas.

 

Externally, all paving and block paving to the front of the property was completed, delivering a fully transformed, high-spec home from top to bottom.
