Full Renovation in Clavering

This job in Clavering was another full renovation. The whole bungalow was completely stripped out, including removal of nearly every internal wall. Timber floor removed and a traditional concrete insulated floor with underfloor heating and liquid screed put back.

 

Complete new heating system in the form of an air source heat pump was then installed. All external walls were insulated and fully plastered.

 

The bungalow has three new bathrooms, new kitchen and a fully fitted utility. The whole property was fully re-wired. The whole bungalow was painted inside and out and LVT floor put down throughout the interior.

New windows and doors fitted throughout the property to finish.

 

The full renovation was carried out by our in-house team in 3 months.
