Full Renovation in Norfolk

We started this job in Norfolk by completely stripping out the entire house back to basics. The ground floor wooden floors were removed & dug out to make room for a traditional insulated concrete floor with underfloor heating and liquid screed to give a modern high quality finish. We also added underfloor heating to the whole upstairs along with a complete new air source heat pump heating system. The whole property was re-wired including a new fuse box. To finish the renovation we added a new kitchen, new bathrooms and fully decorated the property. New flooring and carpets were then put down.

On the outside of the property we stripped the roof back adding brand new felt and battens allowing us to then add new roof tiles and ridge work. Insulated boards were added to exterior walls and then fully re plastered. New windows and doors throughout the property to finish.
