Ground Floor Renovation in Clavering

Downstairs renovation in Clavering. Lots of internal walls removed and steels and steel posts added. Timber floor removed and a traditional concrete insulated floor added with underfloor heating and liquid screed. Fully re-plastered, new crittall external doors added along with a section of aluminium windows in black. New crittall internal doors, new kitchen/utility, front door relocated to a more central part of the house, landing ceiling removed to create a full height entrance. New oak doors added. Finally the boiler was relocated and new fuse box added. Full internal flooring to follow.

 

The full renovation was carried out by our in-house team in 2 and a half months.
